I got this recipe from my Mexican friend. I asked if it was guacamole and she looked at me like I was an idiot and told me "no, it's avocado salsa"... not exactly sure of the difference, but I don't really care as long as I get to eat it! FANTASTIC!!!
5 avocados, peeled & chopped
6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion, peeled & chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 jar minced garlic
1 small bundle cilantro (or 1/2 large bundle), chopped
2 limes squeezed into mixture
onion salt to taste
