Easiest Fudge

3 cups Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Butter
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

In a microwave safe bowl place chocolate chips, butter and sweetened condensed milk.  Microwave for a minute or maybe a minute and a half if your ingredients were cold.  You do not want to completely melt the ingredients, just get them soft enough that you can stir them.  Stir up the ingredients, adding the vanilla and the salt.  Stir until everything is melted, mixed and smooth.

Take an 8" x 8" pan.  Line with foil.  Spray foil with PAM.

Pour or scoop fudge into pan.  Smooth out.  Place in fridge for a few hours.  Remove from fridge.  Lift out foil and flip fudge over onto a cutting board.  Cut into whatever sized pieces you want.  Can be served at room temperature or chilled.

***We have done this with regular chocolate chips and it was pretty good.  Today we did Ghirardelli chocolate chips (thinking it would be a richer chocolate) mixed with Andes baking pieces (a cup and a half of each).  It is amazing!!!  I think we may try some peanut butter or caramel next.  Brighton is the official fudge maker:)
