Banana Apple Crisp  (This is a great use for the bananas that are getting ripe)

     6-8 servings   260 calories
Combine in a 9 X 9 baking dish-

4 apples cored and cut into 1/2" pieces
2 bananas, sliced 1/4 " thick
1/3 C   orange juice
3/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg

In a small bowl combine
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 C packed brown sugar
1/4 C granulated sugar
1/4 C flour
1/4 C oatmeal

Cut 1/4 C margarine into mix and sprinkle crumbs over fruit.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Cool slightly and serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream if desired
