.Store citrus fruit at room temperature to douple the amount of juice you can extract.
.Before you peel an orange, place it in a bowl or foiling water for about five minutes. The peel will then lift off easily.
.Lemons, limes and oranges freeze well so you can store any unused portions in the freezer. If you use only small pieces of fruit at a time, cut the fruit in quarters and keep in the freezer in a plastic bag.
