Basil Salmon

4 salmon fillets
3 TBSB softened butter
1 TBSB basil
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste

Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Coat salmon with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Add salmon to hot skillet, flesh side down. Cook until deeply browned, about 3 minutes. Turn fillets and cook until skin side is deeply brownes and crisp, about 5 minutes longer. OR Bake salmon at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until opaque and flaky.

Mix all other ingredients to make lemon basil butter.

Plate hot salmon and top with butter mix. Butter will melt and spread over slamon.
