Zucchini Fudge Cake

Beat until fluffy:
4 eggs
2 ¼ C sugar
2 t vanilla
2/3 C butter- softened

Mix together:
3 C flour
2/3 C cocoa
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
¾ t salt

Mix ½ dry ingredients into egg mixture with 1 C buttermilk. Next add the 2nd half of the dry ingredients with 3 C finely shredded unpeeled zucchini. Nuts are optional.– Put in large glass pan
