Chocolate Pizza

We made this for the super bowl and I got the idea off a Today show guest.

We made our pizza crust, but added a little sugar and no garlic or salt:

1 1/2 C Water
1 TBSP Yeast
1 TBSP Veg Oil
2-3 TBSP Sugar
3-4 C Flour

Add flour till stiff. Knead till smooth. Let rise 20 min. Lightly grease cookie sheet before spreading.

Then we topped it with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. On the show he used white chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and coconut on top so I think you could really mix it up.

Cook at 400 for 12-15 minutes.

The chocolate chips melted and the marshmallows toasted, so it was like a giant smore. We cut it like a pizza and served the slices. Isaac thought it was fun to make. This recipe was huge and made a big pizza that covered my large pizza stone - it was too much for the four of us to finish. So when we do it again I think I'll half the dough.

Sounds yummy! One question: what does "Add flour still stiff" mean? Is that cooking terminology I'm not familiar with??
