Crockpot Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake

1] Spray a 4 quart crock pot with Pam.
2] In a large bowl combine the following ingredients and stir well.

1 C flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 C sugar
3 T cocoa
2 t baking powder
dash salt
1/2 C milk
3 T vegetable oil
1 t vanilla

3] Pour into prepared crock pot.
4] In a medium bowl stir 3/4 C brown sugar and 2 T cocoa together. Add 1-3/4 C hot water and mix well until blended.
5] Pour over batter in crock pot; DO NOT STIR.
6] Cover crock pot and cook on high for 1-3/4 to 2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not overcook.

Serves 8-10 Great with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream served warm.
