1 4 oz packet butermilk ranch dressing mix
2 Tomatillos
1/2 bunch Cilantro
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeno without seeds
Mix dressing mix per package, combine all other ingredients in blender.
I have a second recipe that calls for 3 tomatillos, adds 2 green onions, says 2 garlic coves, specifies 10 springs of cilantro, and the seeds with the jalapeno. So I guess play with it to make it more or less mild ; )
