Costco Organic Corn

Buy a bag of Costco Organic corn
Put it in a slow cooker with an 8 oz. cream cheese block
Stir occasionally
Salt to taste before serving. Tastes like corn on the cob- so sweet and creamy.
A great crowd pleaser
